The early bird catches the Saul Goodman. Netflix has announced that their subscribers will be able to watch the first complete season of Better Call Saul after the season one finale airs on AMC. The series will be available exclusively to Netflix streaming members in Europe and Latin America, but it will arrive first in the United States in 2014.
Better Call Saul is a spinoff to AMC's Breaking Bad, which just ended this year. It tells the story of attorney Saul Goodman before he started doing business with Walter White. Actor Bob Odenkirk plays Saul Goodman, and he's one of the best characters in a show full of strong characters.
Netflix chief content officer Ted Sarandos said in a statement that "Breaking Bad is widely recognized as one fo the great TV experiences in this new golden age of television … it has also proven very popular with Netflix subscribers around the world […] this spinoff promises to continue its tradition of powerful storytelling."
