A new gameplay for Bloodborne brings us into the depths of the Chalice Dungeon with Masaaki Yamagiwa (the game's producer) feature that was originally revealed in December. The Chalice Dungeons take place in Yharnam, an underground ruin below the game's main city.

To enter the Chalice Dungeons players will have use holy chalices, each time a player uses a chalice a new dungeon is offered -similar to the way roguelike games that are procedurally generated.

You will never experience the same Chalice Dungeon twice and the dungeon maps will be varied enough that players will have to think of new strategies every time.
