Straight out of Germany, Activision has released a batch of new screenshots for Treyarch's highly anticipated shooter, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.
The new screenshots show off several multiplayer maps including Aftermath, Turbine, Cargo, and Yemen.
Last week Activision gave the fans their first look at Black Ops 2 multiplayer with an intense trailer that showed off all sorts of futuristic tech. Some of the screenshots may be recognizable from that trailer.
For those lucky enough to attend Gamescom this week, Black Ops 2's multiplayer will be playable at the booth. If you are unable to attend, the live world premiere of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Multiplayer will be streamed live on Wednesday, August 15 at 6PM local time (9am PST, 12pm EST). It will be also be streamed on Xbox.com in the UK, the Call of Duty website, Facebook, and Treyarch's Twitch.tv account. Shortly after its broadcast, the entire World Premiere content will be available via Xbox LIVE video-on-demand.
Don't expect these screenshots to be the last of Black Ops 2 from Gamescom. In the press release, Activision promised more assets later this week. Maybe some Call of Duty: Black Ops 2: Declassified information? Earlier this week, Activision promised more details will be revealed at Gamescom about the mysterious PS Vita version.
