Dead or Alive 5 will be receiving a "ver. 1.03" patch that allows users to upload match replays from the game directly to the internet. While director Yohei Shimbori says that other tweaks are coming in the patch, match uploads is the main feature being added. The Xbox 360 version will allow Facebook uploading, while the PlayStation 3 version allows Facebook and YouTube uploading. We've reached out to our contacts at Koei Tecmo to ask why the 360 version will only allow Facebook and not YouTube, and we are awaiting a reply.
Meanwhile, Dead or Alive 5 developer Team Ninja used the functionality of the new patch to upload the video below to their YouTube page. It is a Ver. 1.03 upload test match between Zack and Rig.
