New Fantastic Four leak reveals footage not shown in original trailer

Last month, we were treated to the first trailer for Fox's new Fantastic Four reboot. Checking in at just under two minutes, it really served as more of a teaser, only providing us with glimpses of the exciting stuff — you know, the actual super powers being used.

Sure, we saw Johnny Storm flaming on, Reed Richards presumably stretching his arm, and Ben Grimm as the Thing; but, most of it was just a setup. As Fox's most viewed trailer, it did it's job in raising awareness and increasing hype. It doesn't matter that they didn't show Sue Storm (played by Kate Mara) use her powers once. Or did they?

According to leaked Instagram footage of another trailer, presumably the one shown in theaters, it appears moviegoers were treated to a mostly-the-same, but slighly different trailer. Check it out below.

Did you see it? The brief clip showing Johnny and Sue Storm using their new powers to fly around the Negative Zone? It's very a very quick sequence, but it's enough to suggest that Sue Storm's powers in the reboot will more than just turning invisible and generating force fields. The Sue Storm in this reboot is more akin to the comic book version in which she is able to levitate and fly. As you can see, the energy she manipulates is strong enough to blast her through a giant rock.

Fantastic Four releases on August 7, 2015.
