New screenshots for The Order: 1886

The Order: 1886 is one of the PlayStation 4's most anticipated exclusives; though, admittedly, gamers are starved for more details. Aside from a few screenshots and some brief teaser trailers, developers Ready At Dawn and Sony Santa Monica have been very frugal in sharing more details. So, one NeoGAFFer took matters into his own hands and went poking around Sony Santa Monica's site for anything he could find. What he discovered was a series of screenshots which were allegedly seen in the GameInformer magazine but never released online.

It's not much, but the screenshots continue to show off the impressive graphics of a world that is rendered with soft body physics. Apparently that means everything in the game looks really, really good and more realistic than ever. Don't take my word for it, just check out the screenshots.

If you are wondering about the black lines on the top and bottom of each image, those will be present within the game as well. It's all part of Ready At Dawn's cinematic approach they are taking with The Order: 1886.
