In preparation for Star Wars Celebration in London, a few pieces of released art reveal a new Stormtrooper and AT-AT for the upcoming Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
The new Stormtrooper is called a Shoretrooper, which likely indicates that a battle in Rogue One will take place on a beach, and these are the infantry used in said conflict. Some imagery in the Rogue One trailer definitely makes it seem like this is a reality.
In addition, the AT-ACT has also been revealed, a slightly redesigned AT-AT that stands for “all-terrain armored cargo transport”. So what exactly is this new vehicle carrying if not troops, and how will it play into the film? More will be revealed at Star Wars Celebration in June!
