New trailer for Pokemon The Movie: Hoopa and the Clash of Ages is brimming with Legendary Monsters

Three months ago, Nintendo gave us the opportunity to actually catch the mythical Hoopa without the use of cheating. Now, fans will be able to watch its origin story come to life in the newest Pokemon movie, Hoopa and the Clash of Ages.

In this latest trailer, we are introduced to the enigmatic and powerful Hoopa, as it's able to summon powerful Legendary Pokemon, both new and old. Like a few Pokemon before it, it is also able to talk. From the trailer, it looks like Legendaries like Dialga, Palkia, Arceus, Groudon, Kyogre and even Lugia will be battling each other in the new movie.

Well, there was a time when I legitimately enjoyed the movies, but at this point they just have to keep one-upping each other to the point where the plot seems to be secondary to the action and spectacle. Even the narrator states "When a battle that shouldn't be possible, rocks the very planet."

But hey, I'm not the target audience, so I guess the joke's on me.

Someone, while making this movie, must have thought: "We heard you like Legendaries, so we put Legendaries on top of your Lege–" Oh, you get it.

No release date for the movie has been announced yet.
