New villain teased for Daredevil Season 2

A new teaser for Daredevil suggests the buzzsaw-wielding villain Gladiator may be making an appearance in Season 2.

The official Twitter account for the Netflix show posted a photo over the weekend of a buzzsaw alongside blueprints for Daredevil's suit, with a message that reads: "I gotta be good. So I make things. I'm good at making things."

If the blueprints weren't indication enough, the "MP" initials on the buzzsaw definitely are as they suggest the Gladiator's true identity, Melvin Potter. If you remember the finale of Season 1, you'll know that Potter was the man Matt Murdock tasked with creating the Daredevil suit at the end of the season.

Neither Marvel nor Netflix have officially announced anything, though the teaser seems confirmation enough. If Gladiator does appear in the season, and this tweet certainly suggests he will, then Daredevil will undoubtedly have his hands full this next season as The Walking Dead's Jon Bernthal recently joined the cast as The Punisher, while Elodie Yung (G.I. Joe Retaliation) has been cast as Elektra.

Daredevil: Season 2 is currently in production and will premiere in 2016 on Netflix.
