Nick Fury and others confirmed as cameos in ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’

Captain America: The Winter Soldier — also known as Freezerburn for its working title so people stay away from the set — comfirmed a bunch of cameos for the 2nd Captain America film. Continuing the continuity of The Avengers universe, it's no surprise to hear that members of S.H.I.E.L.D. will be making an appearance in The Winter Soldier. We already knew that Black Widow would be making an appearance, but now we known that Nick Fury and Maria Hill will also appear in the film.

While I want to see more of Hawkeye, mainly because he spent most of The Avengers as a villain, it's still cool to hear that at least these three will be in the film. There's also been confirmation of another villain — Crossbones. Frank Grillo has been confirmed to be playing the role of one of the Red Skull's henchmen from the comics.

Very exciting news so far. Can't wait to get some shots from the set when they actually begin filming. Captain America: The Winter Soldier is set to open in the US on April 4, 2014.
