Nintendo 3DS game releases for May 2014

Well, the list of Nintendo 3DS game releases for the month of May is very top heavy. The system's two big games this month — Kirby: Triple Deluxe and Mario Golf World Tour — are both due out on the same day: May 2nd. Aside from those two, there are two additional Nintendo eShop games due out as well: The Denpa Men 3: The Rise of Digitoll and Treasurenauts. Here's the full rundown on each 3DS game set to release in May 2014.

Kirby: Triple Deluxe – May 2, 2014

When a mysterious being kidnaps King Dedede atop a giant Dreamstalk, only Kirby can save the day. In Kirby: Triple Deluxe, you'll jump from foreground to background in dynamic 3D side-scrolling environments, while using new and returning copy abilities to defeat enemies. In addition to the main story, Kirby: Triple Deluxe offers a 4-player battle mode where you fight using a chosen ability like Sword or Ninja.

Mario Golf World Tour – May 2, 2014

It's golf, but with the ability to play as characters from the Mario franchise or even your Mii. Mario Golf World Tour includes a variety of multiplayer-oriented features, plus offers access to the Castle Club, a single-player clubhouse area that offers a variety of areas to help you hone your skills.

Denpa Men 3: The Rise of the Digitoll (eShop) – May 8, 2014

Using your 3DS wi-fi, you this RPG has you collect Denpa Men that are randomly floating around you to conquer dungeons and explore the game's world.

Treasurenauts (eShop) – May

Stranded on an uncharted island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, the famous Treasurenauts must collect $1,000,000 worth of treasures as payment to Bad Pirate Pete for passage back to the mainland.
