Japanese developer/publisher Nippon Ichi has set a record in The Guinness Book Of World Records this year.
The company has been recognized for releasing the most strategy role-playing games, such as the Disgaea series. It put out 14 of these kinds of titles between 2003 and 2009.
Disgaea received an award for "highest experience level in an RPG" in 2010.
Nippon Ichi is preparing to release Disgaea Dimension 2 and The Witch and the Hundred Knights (an action-RPG) for PlayStation 3 next year.
