No new trailer for Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens at Comic-Con

Even though the upcoming Star Wars film will have its own panel during San Diego Comic-Con, don't count on Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens getting a new trailer. According to Entertainment Weekly, there will still be surprises during the Star Wars panel.

The panel will be headed by Chris Hardwick and feature Director J.J. Abrams, writer Lawrence Kasdan, and Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy. They will be joined by 'several' actors whose roles in the film have yet to be announced.

The panel will be delivering something for us to look at and that something is a "behind-the-scenes look" at the film. According to sources close to Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens, the next trailer for the film will release in fall. We have about six months to go until the film's release on December 18th, hopefully we get a teaser before fall – which might be likely, considering the D23 Expo is a month later.
