November’s free Xbox 360 Games with Gold: A World of Keflings and Iron Brigade

Remember when Xbox LIVE product manager Pav Bhardwaj promised "some great games coming up" in the next few months of Microsoft's Games with Gold? Well, October saw the release of Halo 3 and Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes. November, on the other hand, not so much.

November's two free games for Xbox LIVE Gold members are A World of Keflings and Iron Brigade (formerly known as Trenched). While the Iron Brigade is actually a nice little play, I can't help but be disappointed with the lack of blockbuster titles. Both games being offered are Xbox LIVE Arcade titles valued at $9.99.

Maybe I'm just spoiled by Sony's PS Plus offerings, but Pav did say the goal with Games with Gold is to offer gamers "their classic games back," not necessarily blockbuster games.

A World of Keflings will be available to download for free on Friday, November 1st (tomorrow), through November 15th. At that point, Iron Brigade will become free on November 16th through the end of the month.

What do you think of November's Games with Gold offerings?
