Now you can be “The Voice” on Xbox 360, PS3 or Wii U

I don't watch The Voice. I hate Adam Levine. I don't like his face. Still, there's no denying that the Emmy Award-winning music competition series is a smash hit with the general public, so it makes perfect sense that Activision is coming out with a new game of the same name.

"Coming later this year to consoles, The Voice brings all the excitement of the hit TV show to your living room!" Activision announced today.

"Impress the coaches and watch them compete for you to join their team!" the description reads. It sounds as though there will be some sort of story, taking you from the Blind Auditions to the Battle Rounds, all the way to the Finale. There's also a Party Mode, where you can battle together or against up to seven other people singing "chart-topping hits" across Rock, R&B, Pop, and Country genres. There's also a Vocal Coach Mode that will help you learn real-world techniques like singing runs and harmonizing.

The Voice will arrive on October 21 for PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U, and Wii.
