***Warning: there are spoilers for The Walking Dead Season 2: Episode One: All That Remains below***
Oh damn it, Telltale. As if playing as a little girl in an apocalyptic, zombie-infested world wasn't hard enough, you had to go and throw an emotional wrench into the mix by introducing a dog in the first episode of The Walking Dead: Season Two.
Those of you who have already played Episode One — which is available now on Xbox 360, PS3 (North America), and PC — know exactly what I'm talking about. You meet the dog somewhat early in the game and search for food, play some Frisbee — you know, the typical activities you'd expect to see from a kid/dog during an apocalypse.
I won't spoil anything else for those of you who haven't yet played the episode, but just be prepared. Nothing good ever comes from a developer putting a dog into the game. Nothing.
For those of you who have already played All That Remains, without spoiling, what did you think of Episode One?
