It's happening! After weeks, months, years of rumors and speculation, Bethesda finally appears to be ready to announce Fallout 4!
Though not technically confirmed yet, Bethesda just tweeted out a link to the Fallout portion of their website which asks fans to "Please stand by" for about 24 hours.
Scouring through the page's source code hasn't revealed too much, but does contain a very intriguing message:
PA system failure has occured.
Shutdown of the Masterbrain has been authorized and all sensitive materials have been removed for security purposes.
Please attempt re-access. Have a pleasant day.
Check out the teaser here and get hyped for what'll likely be a Fallout 4 celebration tomorrow.
Fallout 4 has long been rumored to be in development, but only recently have the clues been coming together. It really started with Bethesda's mysterious E3 2015 invite (why else would the company be hosting its first-ever E3 press conference if not for a huge announcement), and from there the speculation only grew as it was discovered that Mirada Studios has been working on a cinematic trailer for the game. It was originally rumored that Fallout 4 would be revealed in private at E3 2015, but it looks like Bethesda will take a more open approach and let us all in for the excitement.
While it's exciting that Fallout 4 is finally coming, don't expect too much tomorrow. With E3 right around the corner, Bethesda will more than likely use this time to build up anticipation for its E3 press conference on June 14th where we'll likely get a more official reveal.
