Papers, Please creator Lucas Pope is considering bringing the empathy game from PC and Mac to Sony's current handheld. He's just not sure how yet.
“For a Vita version, I’m 50 percent I want to do it myself and 50 percent [sure] I should just hand it off to somebody who knows what they’re doing and can take it over for me," Pope told VG247.
The challenges of porting the game to PlayStation Vita are why he's conflicted about whether to be closely involved or move on: “I do want to do a Vita version, but the thing is there’s a lot of kind of interesting UI challenges to make it work well on Vita: much smaller screen, much smaller hit targets," he said. "So that kind of stuff interests me to try to figure out how to make it work well on Vita."
Pope is also looking into an iPad release. He recently said his next game will be "completely different."
