Paradox Interactive reveals City: Skylines at gamescom

Paradox and Colossal Order (devs behind Cities in Motion) have teamed up to bring us a new city building simulation game.

Revealed at Gamescom, Cities: Skylines will bring city building back to its core…city building. The will feature both online and offline play, as well as mod support from the get-go.

It's interesting that they chose to highlight the offline mode, it might be a jab at the SimCity debacle. While we're on that note, maybe Cities: Skylines can have working traffic? I'm just saying, I was really tired of 4 fire trucks lining up to take the long route to a fire (that inevitably spread and killed dozens, RIP citizens of Tativille).

Cities: Skylines is coming Windows, Mac, and Linux PCs in 2015.

What are your thoughts on this? Let me know!
