Seriously, it's about time. Peach is featured in numerous Ninendo games including the recently released Super Mario 3D World and the upcoming Super Smash Bros. fighter for Wii U. So it's only fitting that she get her own uniquely themed Wii Remote Plus controller to go alongside Mario and Luigi.
"The pink controller features many touches that pay homage to the Mushroom Kingdom's most powerful heroine," Nintendo boasts. This includes a crown design over the speaker, blue buttons that resemble Peach's royal jewelry and a golden-yellow plus pad that will remind you of her regal crown.
The new Peach Pink Wii Remote Plus controller will be available in stores in late April for $39.99. It works with all Wii and Wii U games that call for Wii Remote controllers, including Mario Kart 8 which launches May 30.
