Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 release date announced alongside an awesome new gameplay trailer

Back in August during Gamescom 2015, the original release date for Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 was scheduled for sometime in Spring 2016, but thanks to the brand new "Z7 Mech" trailer, we have received an official release date.

Plants for Zombies Garden Warfare 2 will be released on Febuarary 23rd, 2016 for the PS4, Xbox One and PC. As you can see from the trailer above, the Mass Effect crossover is in full effect. Thanks to PoP Cap and Bioware, players can now run around with their very own ‘Z7’ mech; everyone will be able to get their hands on it launch day, as long as you pre-order the game.

Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2 has improved many of the features that were in the original title, including new guns, new character classes and the inclusion of Solo Play and Couch Co-op.
