Last week we got a glimpse at the solo options available in Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2. Today, we're getting a peek at a brand new mode called Backyard Battleground. This pseudo open-world mode will allow you to explore and take part in various battles, both as the Plants and the Zombies.
There will be numberous secrets hidden around, as well as a few mini-games like a shooting range, which will record your best times and upload them to a global leaderboard.
If instant-action is what you're craving, just head to the center, and raise the Flag of Power, and you can instantly start defending it from invading hordes. You can even bring friends along!
Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 will be released February 23rd, 2016.
