PlayStation.com removes 1080p and 60fps description for Watch Dogs

Yesterday, PlayStation.com posted a new Watch Dogs marketing page, touting an experience that "only PS4 can provide." This line was also followed by stating the game will run in full 1080p resolution and at 60 frames per second. I personally knew that wasn't correct, due to my hands-on time with the game, where I specifically asked about the game's framerate. Even reaching out to Ubisoft for a comment yielded no results.

Checking the page today, however, shows that the wording for the game's framerate and resolution has been completely removed. Makes sense in terms of the framerate, but why remove the resolution? It's already been confirmed to run at full 1080p.

And it's not like users aren't noticing, if anything, it's confusing them even more. We live in an age where resolution and framerate are king. Miscommunicating these features can certainly have a negative effect on potential buyers.
