PlayStation Store updated to version 1.02

Sony has updated its recently revamped PlayStation Store app to version 1.02. The 26MB patch is designed to speed up navigation time. Early signs seems to indicate that the actual app still takes a while to load, but browsing between pages have been shortened.

The PlayStation Store underwent a drastic overhaul last year designed to improve the user interface by highlighting new game, movie, and TV content directly on the front page. Other changes were made to create a more streamlined process such as improving the search function, separating the Vita and PSP content, and grouping all content related to a game or movie.
