PlayStation TV arrives in North America today

It's so small

It's time to bring those Vita games to the big screen, the PlayStation TV  has officially released in North America.

The PS TV system itself is set at $99.99, but there's a holiday bundle that brings together a PS TV unit, DualShock 3 controller, 8GB memory card, and a voucher for The Lego Movie Videogame – all for $139.99.

PS TV doesn't serve only one function, it lets you do a couple things (it serves 3 functions!).

  1. Play your Vita games on your TV (like Killzone, Ratchet and Clank, Sly Cooper and then some).
  2. Allows you to play PS4 games on another TV in your house with Remote Play (you can quit lugging it from room to room now).
  3. Plays TV shows or movies (that are downloaded from the PlayStation Store).
  4. It can play games from the Vita, PSone , PSP, PS3 (via PS Now), and PS4 (via Remote Play).

The real question is, are you going to get in on the PS TV or pass it up?
