It looks like Microsoft is helping you prepare for Fallout 4's November release with their latest set of discounts through their Deals with Gold program. Unfortunately, all of the Fallout content that has been discounted is only available to Xbox Live Gold members on the Xbox 360 – sorry Silver members.
