Three years ago, an extremely underrated game called Project X Zone came out, which combined characters from popular franchises like Mega Man, Tekken, .Hack, Virtua Fighter, Street Fighter, Resident Evil and more, in a light tactics game with a sprinkle of fighting game elements. It was easily one of the biggest crossovers from companies, Bandai, Sega and Capcom. Seeing Frank West talking to Tron Bonne for example is something you'd never expect to see in a game, and yet, Project X Zone nailed it.
To my delight then, Project X Zone 2 was officially announced for a Western release, though we'll have to wait until February 16, 2016.
Project X Zone 2 will feature some new characters including Captain Commando, Segata Sanshiro, June Lin Milliam from Star Gladiator and Heihachi from Tekken.
