Sony has announced some of its Black Friday plans for its PlayStation devices, and in doing so they revealed one of 2013's best bundles: the PS3 Black Friday Bundle.
Retailing for just $199, the PS3 Black Friday Bundle includes a 250GB PS3, Batman Arkham Origins, and The Last of Us — one of the highest-rated games of the year and an easy must-have game for PlayStation owners.
"So Black Friday is the perfect time to pick up a PS3, and we’re continuing to bring you great content on the platform," Sony's Crystal MacKenzie added. In addition to the already-released blockbusters of this year — Grand Theft Auto 5, Call of Duty: Ghosts, Battlefield 4 — Sony is gearing up to release Gran Turismo 6, the latest entry in one of its most popular franchises. GT6 will launch exclusively for PS3 on December 6th.
I know the PS4 just released, and that's the big ticket item this year, but honestly the PS3 remains a viable purchase. And with $165 worth of savings, this is a serious no brainer. Not only is there a tremendous library of games on the PS3, but Sony is still committed to the system, as you can tell by the release of one its most popular racing games.
