PS4s back in stock at GameStop; ‘extremely limited’ quantities

GameStop apparently has more PlayStation 4 consoles in stock judging by a "first to know" email I just received. As per usual, it's unclear how many units each specific retail store has received so be sure to call ahead, or just purchase it online.

In addition to a new shipment of PS4 consoles, GameStop is offering all sorts of sales and trade-in promotions towards PS4 items. For example, you'll get an additional 30% in-store credit when you trade any items towards The LEGO Movie Video Game, Thief, or inFAMOUS: Second Son. You can also save $20 on the PS4 versions of Skylanders SWAP Force Starter Pack and on Angry Birds: Star Wars.

GameStop does note that quantities are "extremely limited," so make sure you act quickly. Since its release in November, the PlayStation 4 has been extremely hard to come by. Earlier this month, GameStop acknowledged that PS4 units were "selling out as quickly as we could stock them."

Since its launch in November, the PS4 has sold over 4.2 million consoles (as of Dec. 28).
