Reminder: GTA: Vice City releasing on Tuesday for PS3

Consider this a friendly reminder that Rockstar Game's Grand Theft Auto: Vice City will soon be available on PSN. Vice City, the sixth installment of the popular GTA series, will be available as part of the PS2 Classic collection on the PlayStation 3 tomorrow, January 29, for just $9.99. Unfortunately, that also means no Trophy support.

Vice City features more expansive locations, and over 120 vehicles ripe for the picking such as exotic cars, motorcycles, luxury yachts and planes. The soundtrack boasts three times the tunes compared to the previous GTA, and features countless ’80s hits. Over 40 different weapons ensure effective firepower and provide enough variety for stylish defensive measures (samurai sword anyone?).

After releasing San Andreas on PSN and Vice City for iOS and Android, Rockstar admitted they've received "more than a few requests from the community" regarding Vice City's release on PS3. The game was long-rumored to release on PS3 after users spotted the platform on the game's ESRB rating.

Will you be purchasing the PS2 classic tomorrow?
