New downloadable content for Resogun, the side-scrolling action shooter that debuted on the PlayStation 4, is in the works, according to developer Housemarque. What's more, the indie studio is also working on a new project for the PlayStation 4 — great news for gamers given that Resogun was one of the strongest titles in the PS4 launch lineup.
The news was first revealed on Facebook, in a post originally meant to announce that Resogun has been nominated for the Action Game of the Year category at the DICE awards; however, in response to a fan asking about the potential of Resogun making its way to Vita, the studio revealed, "At the moment we are working on Resogun DLC and another PS4 project."
Unfortunately, that's all the detail we have so far, but I'm sure fans are already salivating at the idea of saving more humans, along with what is hopefully a new game.
