Rockstar: GTA 5 title update 1.05 coming ‘early next week’

Rockstar has announced that the next title update (version 1.05) for Grand Theft Auto 5 will be released "sometime early next week."

In an post today, the developer said the update should address player progress loss issues in Grand Theft Auto Online, a problem that has plagued the mode since launch.

As a result of the issues affecting players' progress in online multiplayer mode, Rockstar last month said they'd be sending out a Stimulus Package that gives everyone $500,000 GTA$. The stimulus hasn't yet been released as Rockstar first wished to fix all of the progress loss issues, but now that the issue appears to solved, the free cash should arrive in your accounts "before the end of next week."
