Red Dead Redemption 2 has been one of the most anticipated upcoming games since it was announced at the end of 2016. The once fabled sequel to Rockstar’s critically acclaimed western has had next to no information released about it since it was announced aside from two fairly vague trailers. Fans are clamoring for more information and a release date after months of silence from Rockstar but we have nothing.
Luckily, a Danish retailer who previously leaked the release date for Grand Theft Auto V’s remaster months in advance has listed Red Dead Redemption 2 for a June 8th, 2018 release date. As always, we should take this with a grain of salt but given the fact that this website accurately posted a release date for another Rockstar game months in advance, it may be something that has some truth to it.
Who remembers this Danish Retailer who revealed the #GTAV (PS4/XB1) Release date months before its announcement?
They’ve now listed Red Dead Redemption II to release on June 8th 2018.

As of right now, Rockstar has the western set for a Spring release window. June 8th lines up with that as Spring ends on June 21st, 2018. If this date is accurate, Rockstar will likely begin ramping up their marketing in the first couple months of 2018 with new story and gameplay trailers, screenshots, hands-on impressions from media, and details about the online mode which will attempt to replicate the success and formula of GTA Online.
Red Dead Redemption 2 will launch this Spring on Xbox One and PS4.
