Saddle up cowboy, we’ve got a Call of Juarez: Gunslinger launch trailer

In preparation for Wednesday's launch of Call of Juarez: Gunslinger, Ubisoft has released a new trailer showing off many of the game's features.

The video introduces us to protagonist Silas Greaves, a ruthless bounty hunter who spent his life on the trail of the Wild West's most notorious outlaws, including Billy the Kid, Pat Garret, Jesse James, and Butch Cassidy. Of course, Silas may have kicked back a few one too many as he seems to be having trouble remembering what's historically accurate and what is myth. Either way, this is his story to tell and you are merely playing it.

Speaking of gameplay, Gunslinger sees the return of the series' Concentration Mode and introduces a three-branched skill tree that allows you to customize Silas to be a sharp shooting Ranger, a close-quarters Trapper, or a dual-wielding Gunslinger.

Call of Juarez: Gunslinger will be available on May 22 for $14.99 on PlayStation Network and PC, and 1200 Microsoft Points on Xbox LIVE. Gosh, I can't wait for Microsoft to do away with Microsoft points.
