Seth Rogan works on Console Wars movie before book is released

Since Seth Rogan and Evan Goldberg both produced Console Wars: Sega, Nintendo, and the Battle that Defined a Generation, it seems only natural for the Hollywood duo turn this book into a movie. Written by Blake J. Harris, this text looks to bring to light the behind the scenes business aspects of the gaming companies in the 90s.

This film looks to document how corporate battles forged video games into a massive industry. Rogan and Goldberg will also be directing the film. The duo have also worked on such films as Superbad, Pineapple Express, and This Is The End.

Keep an eye for the film’s release at an unknown time and the books release on May 13th, 2014.
