Shaq-Fu: A Legend Reborn has met its fundraising goal

If you've been clamoring for a sequel to Shaq-Fu, then I have good news for you: Shaq-Fu: A Legend Reborn has met its fundraising goal of $450,000. At the time of this writing, there are still 3 hours left in the campaign. The game has raised over $466,000 from over 1,200 contributors.

Since the game has been funded, you can expect it to release on PC, PS3, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS4, and Wii U. Becuase let's face it, it's only fair to give everyone a chance to play a beat-em-up starring Shaq.

Wait. Let's try that again…

It's only fair to give everyone a chance to play a good beat-em-up sarring Shaq. After all, the game's page mentiones that they won't "FU it up" this time.

We'll see if it can all come together. Regardless, it's nice that the gaming community has faith in a sequel to such a poorly accepted game from 20 years ago.
