Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked Headed to 3DS

Is it just me or is Shin Megami Tensei quietly replacing Final Fantasy as the relevant JRPG? Atlus is certainly keeping busy, staying on gamer’s radars with one new game after another. Next up, a remastered version of Devil Survivor for 3DS called Devil Survivor Overclocked. The original DS version of the game came out in 2009 and earned an 84 out of 100 on Metacritic.

Overclocked is slated for release in Summer 2011. The strategy RPG will feature higher resolution artwork, a new eighth chapter that serves as an epilogue, and full voice acting added to the entire game. Doesn’t sound like it’ll be a 3D game or anything, but hey, full voice-acting is a pretty big deal, no?
