So Shaq is in a game again

Make way for 2013's first game of the year candidate. Developer Hiptic Games today launched the latest mobile title that will surely take iOS and Android users by storm: ShaqDown.

Players will take on the role of the infamous Shaquille O'Neal, who previously starred in the even more infamous Shaq Fu. In the wake of the zombie apocalypse, only one man can take down the undead. Yep, that's the story here.

Shaq will need to use all of his mighty power and flaming balls to take down hordes of zombies across three levels. Of course, once he does that, he'll battle fierce bosses that apparently growl according to the trailer below.

ShaqDown is available for 99 cents on the iTunes App Store and Google Play.
