Star Wars: Battlefront fans can finally end the crusade. Your prayers for a new Battlefront game were answered as Electronic Arts revealed today that Star Wars: Battlefront 3 is currently in development at DICE (Battlefield 4).
The multiplayer third-person online shooter was announced during EA's E3 press conference via a 23-second trailer which you can see above. After all the mudslinging that went back and forth regarding the development of the title, it appears EA is ready to take the bull by the horns and give the fans what they want.
I know absolutely no gameplay was revealed, but the cinematic of the AT-AT and Snow Speeder is fantastic. I think we all had a feeling DICE would tackle the third-person shooter, but now we can all breathe a collective sigh of relief knowing it's certain.
