It's official. Star Wars Episode VII will be titled The Force Awakens.
I like it. Though I'd like anything not named The Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones, or Revenge of the Sith. It's a very J.J. Abrams name, too.
Walt Disney Picutres tweeted the name reveal and that the film has completed principal photography.
The Force Awakens takes place three decades after Return of the Jedi. It stars the cast of the original trilogy — Harrison Ford, Kenny Baker, Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Peter Mayhew and Anthony Daniels — as well as newcomers Lupita Nyong'o, Gwendoline Christie, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, John Boyega and Daisy Ridley. Also, Andy Serkis is in it.
