Street Fighter X Mega Man getting a V2 update on Jan. 18

Capcom has announced that some nice little changes are coming to Street Fighter X Mega Man. Don't worry, the game isn't being overhauled in a major vision-destroying way. Instead, some tweaks are being added courtesy of a free V2 update this Friday, January 8.

First off, players will be able to enter passwords, which is pretty neat. Additionally, confirmation prompts will pop up when players hit the ESC and F12 keys so that accidentally leaving the game can be avoided.

Controller support is being improved, and players will also be able to take screenshots using the F9 key. Additionally, some gameplay fixes are being implemented, such as the E Tank glitch being remedied and M. Bison being "buffed."

Street Fighter X Mega Man players can expect the V2 update to land on Friday at 5PM PT or 8PM ET.
