Sunset Overdrive gameplay details, screenshots coming tomorrow

As expected, tomorrow's issue of Edge magazine will include world exclusive details about Insomniac Games' intriguing vibrant shooter Sunset Overdrive. Revealed back at E3 2013, not much has been said about the Xbox One exclusive, but hopefully that'll all change tomorrow.

The magazine was invited to Insomniac's headquarters where they were one fo the first to play the game. The new issue of Edge magazine will include "world exclusive screenshots, art and details on how the game plays," as well as information on "how Insomniac is working with Microsoft to develop for Xbox One." There is also interviews with several of Insomniac's staff including CEO Ted Price and co-creative directors Drew Murray and Marcus Smith. The new issue will be availableĀ in print, on iPad, Google Play and Zinio starting on Thursday, May 8.

Meanwhile, Insomniac earlier this week made live a viral site that teases all sorts of details including locations in the game and an energy drink that promises to "unlock your wasted potential" by utilizing the "power of xtremophiles."
