In just a few weeks, you'll finally be able to live out your dream of being a detective in New York's Special Victims Unit. Okay, so the crimes you'll be solving in The Sims 4's new expansion, Get to Work, may not be as intense or mature as those on television, but it looks fun nonetheless.
In a new gameplay trailer, EA walks us through the life as Detective, one of the three new career options being introduced in the upcoming Get to Work expansion. As previously explained, life as Detective in The Sims means investigating crime scenes, interrogating Sims, and arresting criminals. As is the case with the other two professions — Doctor and Scientist — Detective comes with its own venue, a Police Station where you'll be assigned a case, access the crime map, process evidence, and eventually/hopefully solve the case.
The Sims 4 Get to Work is coming to both PC and Mac this April for $39.99. For the full details, including a look at the other active career options, check out the initial announcement post.
