Telltale’s Marvel game is Guardians of the Galaxy

Yesterday, SAG-AFTRA updated their continuous list of video game projects that are being worked on, and not struck as a result of the ongoing voice actor strike.

First noticed by RectifyGaming, the list notes one of the upcoming Telltale projects and names the Marvel game is working on as Guardians of the Galaxy: The Video Game. It's the same studio that is working on the upcoming third season of The Walking Dead: A New Frontier, which is also listed. Ever since the game project was announced, we hadn't heard more on it other than a 2017 release. With the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy 2 set to release in 2017 as well, it's an obvious choice given the plethora of story options that Telltale can use in the game.

Also listed is a new LEGO Zeus game by Warner Bros. This is obviously a code name, as its other listed games are Metallica, Sabbath and Kraken. We have yet to hear any news on the upcoming LEGO game for 2017 yet, so hopefully we will hear more soon.
