The Crew attempts to redefine the racing genre

Ubisoft has released a new video for The Crew, a next-gen game that looks to redefine the racing genre with a "unique social approach to driving and a massive open world filled with life."

In the video, creative director Julian Gerighty walks us through the many features of The Crew as we follow one player throughout the United States. You'll see the game's in-depth car customization, which proves useful for the different terrain you'll encounter in the open world, as well as friend recruiting and co-op missions.
