Class-action lawsuit filed against Gearbox, SEGA over Aliens: Colonial Marines advertising

In early April we reported a story from the UK that featured the ASA, or Advertising Standards Agency, and a reddit user who claimed that Aliens: Colonial Marines used “misleading footage” in advertising. The ASA sided against Gearbox, which resulted in the developer adding disclaimers on their trailers stating that they’re not reflective of the final product.

The Freljord brings frosty conflict and summoner icons to League of Legends

In the far north of Runeterra, there is a mighty conflict going on. In the frigid lands in League of Legends, three great tribes clash. The Avarosan, led by Ashe and her husband Tryndamere, want to unite the lands under the ideology of peace. The opposite of Ashe is her sister Sejuani, leader of the Winter’s Claw. She believes the Freljord can only be unified though conquest.

Gold farming economy will plummet if Korean politicians pass bill to regulate video games

Video games are no different than alcohol, gambling anddrugs. That's not my personal belief, but the one of South Korean politician Shin Eui-jin, who announced a bill that the above items — and video games — need to be strictly regulated due to their addictive nature.

This is where we're at in the world. Video games are considered to be of the same detrimental nature as, let's say, cocaine.
