Fireproof Games — the maker of The Room, Apple's iPad game of the year — announced today that a sequel is in development.
The second game will arrive this fall and transport players to "an altogether more spectacular place," according to Kotaku.
The Room has sold 1.75 million copies since its release on the App Store in September. It's available now for both iPad and iPhone. A free update is scheduled for this summer and will set the groundwork for the sequel.
The first game is also coming to Android by the end of summer. The expansion and sequel are due for iPhone and iPad.
