Unless you live in Westminster, Maryland, you don't have the coolest damn gaming store in your city. And that really sucks. I live in South Florida, so I'm definitely out of luck. Reddit user Mahert12 posted this picture in the /r/gaming subreddit.
According to their Facebook page, The Save Point describes itself as a "mulit-purpose gaming center."
The Save Point is a multipurpose gaming center located in the TownMall of Westminster, in Westminster MD. Come out and challenge your friends to a multiplayer match on our high-definition televisions, or choose from a variety of classic games to satisfy that "retro" urge! We buy, sell, and trade old games and systems, all the way back to the Atari! Time to dig them out of your mom's attic and bring them over!
So let me get this straight. You can LAN, play arcade and retro games, buy and sell games… how is this store not everywhere? I really wish there were more stores like this that celebrates gaming in the right way. And according to Reddit, a lot of people everywhere wish the same thing. You gamers in Westminster, MD have a good think on your hands. Don't take it for granted.
