The video game world responds to The Dress debate

Black and blue or gold and white? That's the debate currently raging on across the internet as colorblind folk argue back and forth about what color this dress (picture above) is.

So I'll ask again, black and blue or gold and white? GameZone is split on the issue. I've seen both, but have accepted that it's black and blue (though I sometimes see white and gold). Social media has exploded in reaction to the photo. Regardless of what colors you see, this dress is tearing the internet apart… even the video game world.

Not everyone is on board with Sony, though. Sledgehammer Games seems to think otherwise. Of course, with their game having a timed exclusive deal with Microsoft, they would support the Xbox colors.

Although I don't think Microsoft agrees with them.

Just look what the dress is doing to peoples' minds! I don't know what to think anymore!

I guess if there's one thing we can all be sure on, it's that somewhere… in a galaxy, far, far away, the dress is white.

Or maybe there is some gold in it…

I think Sunset Overdrive developer Insomniac Games' struggle within perfectly sums up what is happening right now.
