The Warriors comes out to play on PSN

The PlayStation 2 game The Warriors — a beat-em-up adaptation of the 1979 movie about New York City gangs — is hitting the PlayStation Network on Tuesday, May 28, according to the PS Blog.

Rockstar Toronto developed the game, which released on PS2 and Xbox in 2005. It arrived on PlayStation Portable two years later. It's now coming to PSN as a PS2 Classic and will cost $10.

We learned about the port earlier this month, when Rockstar announced the game around the same time its controversial title Manhunt hit PSN.

Other PS2 Classics by Rockstar include Max Payne and Bully.
